Our premium members may cancel their subscription at anytime during the initial 1 day period following registration and receive a full refund of their respective membership price. No refunds will be issued after the first 1 day of service.

According to directive 2011/83/EU provides you the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days for any reason. The 14 day “cooling off” period begins from the date you receive the digital product. If you choose to cancel your order you must provide us with notice in writing prior to the expiration of the 14 working day “cooling off” period.
